Frequentely Asked Questions
No appointment is necessary. We accept walk-ins. A person's Live scan usually takes about 5-10 minutes from start to finished.
The cost of getting Live scan depends on the level of services you need to be clear. There are DOJ clearance, FBI clearance, Firearms clearance, etc... the more clearances you need the higher the cost.
Yes. We accept all major credit cards as form of payment.
Yes. We offer mobile services to larger group. If you have more than 5 people in your group and is within the Fresno areas, we will come to you at no additional charge.
Yes. My office provides the FBI ink card/ hard card fingerprint services. We have the FBI Form FD-258 if you do not have them. We do not have Form SF-87 but we can provide this service if you need it.
My office is located on the Northeast corner on Shaw & Palm, inside the Wells Fargo Bank building; 2nd Floor suite 264.
Yes. My Live scan services are approved by both DOJ and FBI.
No. We do not offer Live scan for the HAZMAT Endorsement. We apology for the inconvenient.
The turnaround time for the result can take one -to - three days. The result goes directly to the requesting agency. You will not get the result. We do not get the result. Please contact the requesting agency for if you have any question. However, you can conduct a personal record review of yourself, this result will come directly to you.
