Q: Do you provide mobile services?
A: Yes, we do provide mobile services. If you have a group of five or more applicants within the Fresno area, our technicians can come to your location at no additional charge. If you have only one applicant and would like our technician to come to you, we can accommodate that request, but there will be a charge for a minimum of five persons.

Q: Does your office offer FBI ink card / FBI hard fingerprint card? or FBI Form FD-258? or Form SF-87?
A: Yes, we offer the FBI Form FD-258 for fingerprinting services. However, we do not have Form SF-87. You will need to obtain Form SF-87 from the requesting agency.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We are available by appointment only on weekends. Please note that our office will be closed on all major holidays.
